Reception

Optimised processes at reception, more satisfied guests: intelligently link hotel and control software for efficient time management and the best service.

The employees on reception can view information about any room on any floor. This information includes the status of the room (room occupied; room not occupied), which is indicated by a green or red bar. In addition, for each room the name of the guest and the room temperature are displayed.

Also in the overview of the individual floors, it is possible to see for each room whether the light is switched on or off and whether the blinds are open or closed. Every change is visualised on the display in real time.
