From a sustainability perspective, using resources sparingly is essential. Energy efficiency and protection of the property are the focus here. Networked building technology creates the best prerequisites for this. For modern buildings, KNX technology is the intelligent standard. The smart bus system is the only worldwide uniform standard for future-proof building technology. It enables both central and individual networking and control of the individual modules. The JUNG KNX components provide future-proof solutions for control, visualisation and organisation of the building automation technology.

Façade protection

With the JUNG weather station attached to the facade, the internal spaces can be protected against heating with an external blind.

Regulation as needed

Preset comfort scenes and central On/Off buttons reduce the energy consumption in the rooms.

Protection against water damage

Whether it is an overflowing shower or a burst water pipe: the little helpers prevent "water damage".

Energy management

Special interfaces record usage of gas, water and electricity and allow the recognition and use of energy saving potentials.

Switches and sockets in recyclate

In production, JUNG has relied on recycled plastic for many years. The A CREATION, A 550, A CUBE and A FLOW switch ranges in matt anthracite already consist of 95 % resource-saving recyclate. In this way, JUNG contributes to reducing the environmental burden of plastic waste.

Recyclate is a material that is obtained from preparing and recycling plastic waste. In the recycling process, reusable materials are collected, sorted, cleaned and then mechanically broken up. This material is then melted and processed in an extrusion process into recyclate, as described in DIN ISO 14021. 

Plastic design covers and design frames in 95 % recyclate in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14021 are sustainable and resource-saving. For the manufacturing process, hydroelectric energy is used in order to consistently produce sustainably. The frames, light switches, push-buttons, rotary dimmers and sockets produced in this way cover a large range of use possibilities. With these products, it is possible to implement a resource-saving electrical installation. Moreover, these ranges in recyclate are a further consistent step towards promoting a circular economy.
