The JUNG HOME gateway links the system with other gateways and servers.

JUNG HOME gateway

The JUNG HOME gateway creates a bridge between JUNG HOME and the IoT world. With it, JUNG HOME can optionally be extended and controlled even more conveniently. It connects the JUNG HOME devices with voice services such as Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant and gives access to the world of SmartThings.
Furthermore, the JUNG HOME gateway forms the basis for the integration into comprehensive server solutions such wibutler, mediola® and the JUNG Smart Visu Server.
These solutions extend JUNG HOME with powerful management functions. It enables the use of products from numerous other manufacturers, including Philips Hue and Sonos. In addition, they offer comprehensive functions for logic and time control, visualisation, data analysis (charting) for monitoring energy consumption and individual links and automations.

Smart assistants

With the JUNG HOME gateway, all JUNG HOME devices and connected smart solutions from other brand manufacturers can be controlled by voice. Using the Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant apps on the mobile device, JUNG HOME can also be operated remotely to, for example, regulate the heating with voice commands on the way home.

What is SmartThings?

Via the JUNG HOME gateway, JUNG HOME can also be linked with Samsung SmartThings. This involves an app from Samsung that enables smart home elements to be controlled by mobile device, smart watch or voice. These include intelligent lamps, thermostats, smart TV and robot vacuum cleaners, for example. SmartThings is equally suited to Android and iOS. It is also possible to start up the heating via the geofencing function when you are on your way home. You will therefore always be greeted by a cosy warm flat.

JUNG HOME and wibutler?

wibutler is an IoT platform for digital building technology. It links and controls over 300 devices and more than 40 top brands, such as three-phase meters from Eltako, heat pumps from Viessmann or ventilation systems from Zehnder: linking the JUNG HOME gateway with wibutler pro is in development.

JUNG HOME and mediola® ?

The integration of JUNG HOME into the manufacturer network WORKS WITH mediola® opens up numerous possibilities for users to link to products from the world of IoT. Products and solutions from Netatmo, Nuki, LG, Sonos, Philips Hue and many other providers can be integrated into JUNG HOME. To exhaust the numerous new possibilities, alongside a JUNG HOME gateway, the mediola® AIO Gateway is required. Setting up and control are carried out with a mobile device using the IQONTROL NEO app from mediola®.
