Commission the JUNG HOME gateway

Before you begin commissioning the JUNG HOME gateway, you should have first commissioned all other devices in your JUNG HOME system, so that the JUNG HOME gateway can optimally be added as the last device.

Note the following points during commissioning:

• The smartphone and the JUNG HOME gateway must be in the same WLAN.
• The local network permission in the smartphone settings for the JUNG HOME app is set.
• DHCP should only be changed by network experts.

Before you start with the commissioning of the JUNG HOME gateway, you should first create a myJUNG account using the following link:

There are two different options available to disconnect the JUNG HOME gateway at a later point.

1. Disconnect the JUNG HOME gateway: the cloud connection of the JUNG HOME gateway is deactivated. It can be activated at any time via Connect.
2. Log off the JUNG HOME gateway. Important note: the JUNG HOME gateway is logged off completely from the cloud. All the connected IoT systems are no longer able to access the JUNG HOME gateway. To be able to use the IoT systems again, the JUNG HOME gateway must be signed into the JUNG HOME app again. In the IoT platforms, the connection to the JUNG HOME gateway must be established again.
