First steps
To install the JUNG HOME app, proceed as follows:
- Download the JUNG HOME app in the Google Play Store or Apple AppStore. This is available for mobile devices from Android version 9.0 and iOS 15.0.
- Switch on the Bluetooth® in the mobile device.
- Switch on the location service (GPS) in your mobile device.
- Follow the instructions in the JUNG HOME app.
Requirements for commissioning
- The JUNG HOME device is in the delivery state. If the JUNG HOME device has already been added to a project and needs to be added to a new project, a factory reset has to be carried out (see operating instructions for the JUNG HOME device).
- For initial commissioning, there are the following options:
- Search for and add JUNG HOME devices
- Import project file (transfer of a project from installer to owner)
- Project synchronisation – scan QR code (e.g. allow access to family members)
- Optional: establish a connection to the Smart Visu Server
System limits
- Up to 60 devices (1 device = cover + insert) can be linked in one system. These can be configured and operated with one end device.
- The project synchronisation is used for simple configuration and operation with multiple end devices with systems of up to 20 devices. With more than 20 devices and multiple end devices, a Smart Visu Server is a requirement for operation.
- With more than 20 devices of the same device type (e.g. 20 blinds actuators), a Smart Visu Server is a requirement.
- For systems with more than 20 devices, of which at least 50 % of the devices are to be configured with automations, a Smart Visu Server must be used. The server runs the central time control.
