Operating concept

E1/E2 combined, E1/E2 separate

Factory setting: E1/E2 separate

E1/E2 combined: corresponds to the "rocker" operating concept for JUNG HOME push-buttons. The E1 and E2 inputs together operate a device, an area or a disabling function. As a rule, switching edges on E1 or E2 lead to directly opposite reactions (e.g. light ON/OFF, lighter/darker, move up/move down).

E1/E2 separate: corresponds to the "button" operating concept for JUNG HOME push-buttons. The E1 and E2 inputs can be used separately with each operating a device, an area or a scene. When controlling loads or areas, the renewed switching edge on the same input leads to opposite reactions (e.g. light ON/OFF, lighter/darker, move up/stop/move down).

Rising edge: no reaction, switch on / increase brightness / move up / increase setpoint temperature/ stop, switch off / decrease brightness / move down / reduce setpoint temperature/stop, toggle

Falling edge: no reaction, switch on / increase brightness / move up / stop / increase setpoint temperature, switch off / decrease brightness / move down / stop / reduce setpoint temperature, toggle

Factory setting: no reaction

The input behaviour can be configured independently from each other for a rising edge (voltage at input is switched on) and for a falling edge (voltage at input is switched off). The effect of the setting depends on the function of the connected load. The option "non reaction" has the effect of not changing the state of the connected device when the selected edge is detected at the binary input.

Operating lock

No lock, factory reset lock, operating lock

Factory setting: no lock

Lock factory reset: prevents resetting at the device and thus removal from the project and recoupling by unauthorised persons. After mains voltage return, the lock for the factory reset remains inactive for 2 minutes.

Operating lock: prevents normal operation at the device and thus control of the load. This lock can be used, for example, to temporarily limit manual access. Operation using the app is still possible. The operating lock cannot be deactivated at the device.
