Heating and cooling

Modern heat pump heating systems often also enable rooms to be cooled. The JUNG HOME room thermostat display supports this function with the operating mode Heating and cooling. In this operating mode, during active cooling, the system permanently regulates down to the set cooling temperature. There are no timer programs when cooling. A change of the cooling temperature is only possible via the temperature parameters on the device (or via the setting in the app) and not by using the +/- buttons.

In combination with a room thermostat insert, by applying mains voltage to the input terminal C, cooling is activated. With switch inserts, cooling is activated by applying mains voltage to satellite input 1. The heat pump usually has a corresponding output or an installation switch can be used.

JUNG HOME PUSH-BUTTONS in combination with a blinds insert

In the shutter operating mode, a shutter or awning is actuated for which the fabric-stretching function is not required.
In the blind operating mode, a blind is actuated
In the awning operating mode, an awning is actuated for which the fabric-stretching function is required.

How to configure the operating mode for JUNG HOME devices:

Select the function bar on the Home screen.
Select a JUNG HOME device.
Press on the gear.
Select a parameter.
Select an operating mode.
Press on the tick.
