Wind alarm

A wind alarm is particularly important for awnings and shutters to prevent damage from sudden gusts of wind. For this, a conventional weather station is used to measure the wind speed. As soon as a defined wind speed is exceeded, the converter on the weather station sends a signal to the connected binary input of the JUNG HOME mini actuator. The mini actuator sends the signal to the network and all connected blinds are moved to the upper end position and locked to prevent them being moved down again.

As soon as the wind strength reduces and the wind speed falls under the pre-set value, the wind alarm is cancelled and the blinds can be moved again to the desired height.
