Create wind speed limit value function

First specify the wind speed limit value for whose exceedance you will receive an email under Functions.

1. Select Display 2-byte (floating point off) 1 as Value/State.
2. Select the group address 2 with the designation wind speed.
3. Enter m/s as the Unit 3 for the wind speed.
4. Select Value 4 from the pull-down menu.

5. Select Threshold 5 as the Value/State.
6. Specify the required Lower/upper bound 6 and enter m/s as the unit. The upper bound value could be, for example, 18 m/s (equivalent to 65 km/h).
